2015, Dec. 10 ~ 7 pups, C’DALE x MUNA

This “City” litter due to C’dale being named for Carbondale, Ill, home of Southern Illinois which has the saluki as their chosen mascot.  Salukis are known for their exceptional athletic ability and intelligence.  So it was a natural decision that this litter would be called “The City Litter”.  C’Dale was imported from the Classicus Kennel in England bred by Mary Parker. His litter has proven to be exceptional in the show ring.  C’dale took an Award of Merit at Westminster Kennel Club, 2015 and his sister took Best of Breed at Crufts, 2015 in England. Muna, the chosen dam for this litter is out of my S’Wa litter and the dam of the Dual litter, 2014.  This is her second and last litter.  She is a lovely cream which easily could have gotten her championship title but there were others here that liked showing more than she did.   Both C’Dale and Muna are sweet and easy going.  Pups will be ready to leave for their permanent homes in March, just as spring arrives.
